Structural Restoration Design

The "Tsimperdoni" building, located in Vrisa, Lesbos, is a listed monument that suffered severe damage in the earthquake of June 12, 2017. Our firm undertook the structural restoration design, which has been approved by the Central Council for Modern Monuments. The structural study includes, among other measures, strengthening the masonry with an FRCM system and creating a rigid diaphragm at the roof level to enhance its structural integrity. The project is currently underway.
