Our firm undertakes structural studies for new constructions and existing buildings requiring repair, restoration, reinforcement, or change of use. We have completed or participated in projects in Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Athens, Volos, Crete, Arta etc.

We collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals, providing support to technical offices for comprehensive structural studies, as well as utilizing advanced computational tools and software for precise and reliable analyses.

We conduct structural studies for new buildings of the following types:

• Load-bearing masonry (confined or reinforced)

structural studies for existing buildings

We undertake:
• Assessment and reinforcement of reinforced concrete buildings
• Assessment and reinforcement of load-bearing masonry buildings
• Structural adequacy studies in accordance with Greek Law N.4495/17 and Ministerial Decree ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΑΟΚΑ/19409/1507
• Non-Destructive Testing for Reinforced Concrete (NDT)

restoration of listed buildings & monuments

We have conducted structural studies for the restoration of historic buildings and listed monuments. Our projects include the restoration of the "Taverna Platon" building in Plaka, converted into a restaurant – Museum of Modern Greek Culture, where we completed both the architectural and structural design. Additionally, we carried out the restoration of the Holy Church of Agios Athanasios Roum Palamas in Karditsa, the structural study for the "Tsimperdoni" listed building in Vrisa, Lesvos, and the restoration of the "Roïdis" Mansion in Kambos, Chios.
